At Paul bakery in Paris they do a chocolate filled version… And at the Maison du Chocolat too.. Perhaps I can pop one in the post?

mmm, sounds scrumptious. I’ll have to keep an eye out for specialty galettes next year, I guess.

I got the little figurine last year, which meant my friends “forced” me to wear the crown on the streets in Paris. I acted all embarrased, but, SECRETLY LOVED HAVING THE ROYAL SUBJECTS. I guess I fall in line with the kids, too. Love your site!
